Good morning lovely Zumbalinas!

This morning saw the first Zumba for Mums with babies class at Eddie Catz Putney and it was simply fabulous!

Mums came with babies from 3 –15 months and all seemed to thoroughly enjoy the mornings activities.

A playmat was provided with toys, the music was at a level all could appreciate and there were no tears (from babies or mums) which is always a good sign!

The babies were very happy to lie on the mats for the high-energy dances and mums were encouraged to carry babies and actually dance with them for the gentler ones. The kids on the move were safe and monitored and were perfectly content to shuffle around in time to the music.

The cooldown was a gorgeous Latin number lit only by the GLITTER BALLS and DISCO LIGHTS – which the little ones really liked. Lovely.

At the end, when everyone was hot and needed some refreshing, facecloths infused with a minty/lemon moisturising tonic were handed out – after a good workout, the was a welcome relief for all I think..Smile
